Ricoh signs a partnership agreement with Jidoka to provide RPA technology

Ricoh Spain today announced a technology alliance with Jidoka, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) vendor that provides a comprehensive enterprise platform to deploy software robots. Jidoka’s RPA technology, combined with Ricoh’s end-to-end digital workplace solutions, will enable customers to streamline their business processes through automation, outsourcing routine and repetitive operations to a digital workforce of software robots.

By choosing Jidoka as technology partner, Ricoh Spain improve its automation solutions with one of the most demanded digital transformation technologies. It incorporates both the RPA platform and the expertise needed to successfully carry out business process robotization projects on an enterprise scale, establishing a solid and structured basis for its customers’ operational efficiency.

This new alliance allows Ricoh Spain to reinforce its portfolio of RPA technologies incorporating DevOps architectures perfect for Cloud environments, and adding extensive possibilities for customization and development of RPA robots with an autonomous approach. “Jidoka’s capabilities include new possibilities for exception management and integration with customer systems.
