Opening bank accounts -
Leading entity in digital banking
Opening a bank account is often a complex process due to the necessity to secure a considerable number of documents. With the automation of this process, our client has different Jidoka robots onboard new clients and issue the associated contracts and credit cards, via direct communication with the bank’s mobile application. The planning tools included in the Jidoka console allows automated verification of pending requests, triggering the activation process.
“We reduced the processing time from 1 hour in the office to 10 minutes online.”
Supplier payment automation -
Leading company in the insurance sector
Jidoka robots automated the process of validating invoices and the payment thereof to the vehicle repair shops collaborating with the insurance company. The payment management team is only concerned with the processing of exceptions, clearly identified in the Jidoka console and communicated by email. In the execution of this process, the robots use applications developed in-house, for which there is no API allowing integration through other software.
“The process has improved in quality and efficiency. Managers only need to be concerned with managing exceptions.”
MANAGEMENT TIME SAVING
Remittance payments -
Bank with multi-channel management model
Our client receives dozens of daily remittances of payment orders that the agents manually charge to the financial terminal. It is a slow, cumbersome and error-prone process.
To speed up this process, we implemented a Jidoka robot that loads remittances of payment orders received by e-mail into the financial terminal and responds to customers by sending them a letter in PDF format. Once the response emails have been sent, the robot generates an Excel file informing them of the result of the execution.
“Automation ROI has far exceeded our initial expectations.”
Automation of contract processing -
Multinational sector BPO and contact center
The client has improved the efficiency of the personnel hiring process by incorporating Jidoka software robots into its human resources department.
One of the automated tasks is the communication of work registrations, a process that consists of processing and sending contracts to the competent administration each time there is a new recruit. It is a process subject to activity peaks that match the massive discharges that occur at the beginning of a campaign.
“We used to spend 128 hours a month processing contracts, now only 16 hours a month.”
