Our client receives dozens of daily remittances of payment orders that the agents manually charge to the financial terminal. It is a slow, cumbersome and error-prone process.
To speed up this process, we implemented a Jidoka robot that loads remittances of payment orders received by e-mail into the financial terminal and responds to customers by sending them a letter in PDF format. Once the response emails have been sent, the robot generates an Excel file informing them of the result of the execution.
