ARUS and Jidoka join forces to robotize business processes in Colombia

2 October, 2018

ARUS, a company of Sura Corporation with 30 years of experience in providing ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) joint solutions, is now strongly incorporated into the RPA market through its alliance with Novayre.

By signing this agreement, Jidoka expands its network of partners in Latin America and reinforces its position as a leader in this market, continuing to offer the benefits of software robotization to Spanish-speaking companies.

Important international analysts such as Gartner, Forrester and Everest Group recognize in their studies that the demand for RPA solutions is growing at a rapid pace and has become one of the priority investment areas for business and technology managers. Its versatility and ease of implementation allow automating processes in a fast, secure and non-intrusive way, ensuring a return of investment in a few months.

“RPA technology can provide clear benefits to companies, but its incorporation is not always simple. It is necessary to provide the appropriate tools and methodologies that allow companies to automate their processes in a fast, secure and scalable manner”, explains Federico Benítez, Business Development Manager of ARUS. “We are convinced that our partnership with Jidoka provides the strategic approach that companies need to ensure the success of automation initiatives.”

According to Víctor Ayllón, CEO of Jidoka: “The alliance with a leading innovation company such as ARUS, on a date that is as significant as their company’s 30th anniversary, represents an important milestone for our growth in Latin America, a strategic market for Jidoka, in which we continue to work on becoming the best RPA platform for both developers and business users”.

As robotics revolutionized productivity and quality in the manufacturing industry, software robots are now transforming back and front office processes, freeing employees from the execution of monotonous and repetitive tasks so that they can focus on tasks of greater added value, which require creativity or decision making. Other positive aspects are error reduction and efficiency improvement, which is thus generating higher levels of productivity and quality in the business processes.
